Orders, processing and shipping
Order processing normally takes 1-3 business days. Shipping timelines are provided as estimates: deliveries to Canadian addresses generally arrive in 3-7 business days after processing and to United States addresses in 5-10 business days after processing. Shipping charges, delivery options and any applicable duties or taxes are determined at checkout. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns and refunds
We accept returns of new or gently used items within 30 days of purchase unless a product’s listing states an exception. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect returned items and are typically completed within 7 days.
